90% of the cases that are manufactured at our lab is our Vitality Solid Zirconia. It's nearly unbreakable, has an amazing fit, comes in 20+ different shades, and has the versatility to be the go-to restoration type for a variety of clinical situations.
Manufactured with precise Cad/Cam technology and milled on state-of-the-art milling machines - you simply won't find a better restoration to fuel the success of your practice and patient's satisfaction.
VITALITY ESTHETIC ZIRCONIA
If Vitality Zirconia had a prettier sister, her name would be Vitality Esthetic Zirconia
For more discerning cases that need more natural translucency, our esthetic blend of zirconia is the answer. Strength is slightly compromised with 750 MPa, but it is still one of our strongest materials.
There are a few limitations to be aware of when using Vitality Esthetic Zirconia.
* Bridge spans cannot surpass 3 units
* Discolored preps cannot be 2 shades darker than the desired (and no metal posts)
Other than that, give our Vitality Esthetic Zirconia crowns and bridges a whirl.
VITALITY LAYERED ZIRCONIA
The creme de la creme of them all is our Vitality Layered Zirconia.
For your most important cases that need layered depth & translucency, our Vitality Layered Zirconia starts off with a milled zirconia coping which ceramic porcelain is then layered and baked on top by our elite ceramists.
There are no limitations with layered zirconia as the opaque zirconia coping can block out any discolored preps and bridges can span the whole arch.
The one pitfall, however, is that stacked porcelain can chip off with bruxing patients. All in all, this is one of the most beautiful products that you can prescribe for your patients.
