For even greater case-to-case consistency, prescribe digitally manufactured PFMs. Designed and contoured using CAD/CAM technology, CAD/CAM PFMs seat with little to no chairside adjustment thanks to digital equilibrated occlusion, virtually perfect contacts and beautifully consistent anatomy.

 

Powered by Atlantic Precious Metal Gold and using Röders RXD5 mills, our full cast gold crowns and bridges are superior in quality to restorations manufactured using the lost wax and cast method.

The proprietary process for producing virtually porosity free gold alloy pucks that are milled into high quality, stunning restorations with outstanding milled accuracy requiring minimal finishing and polishing.

The ideal preparation for PFMs is a chamfer margin preparation. If a porcelain labial margin is prescribed, then a shoulder margin preparation is required. Feather-edge margin preparations are indicated for full-cast restorations.
